Positives:
Very clean bed. Luxurious towels, blankets, and pillows. Pleasantly climate controlled room.
Negatives:
Employees didn't speak very good English, unfortunately. I also got a fair bit off guff for not having my security deposit slip. They refused to refund my deposit without a small slip of paper I got at check-in. (I eventually found it and was refunded, but I was told they were going to keep my cash deposit if I failed to produce the small slip).

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was located near excellent restaurants and the state speech meet which was my purpose for being there. The bed was very comfortable. I didn't spend too much time in the room.
Negatives:
There were several issues with my room. The heat vent had something in it so whenever it turned on it made a noise like popcorn popping. I reported the issue. It wasn't fixed. The door to the refrigerator cupboard was broken and warped. The toilet wasn't flushing correctly. I did report this. It was fixed. The WiFi was spotty.
