Staff had an issue on their end running my card. Repeatedly asked me if there was money in my account. Explained I get notified for each transaction and had received nothing. He continued to act like we had no money. Brand new major bank card. Finally figured out he was the problem. He seemed new, which I understand, but his confidence in us having no money was off putting. We even had to step aside and let others be checked in ahead of us. Bedside outlets did not work so my phone had to charge in the bathroom. Ac unit was loud and kept me up.

The breakfast was very good. The location was perfect for my stay, close to the shopping malls, restaurants, recreational areas near Saint Croix River.
Negatives:
The place was just good for our stay, and I don't remember anything we didn't like. I like dogs but, may be pets shouldn't be allowed to such a property because other guests might not like to have pets around them in a hotel.

Although it was carpeted and outwardly looked clean, it had a gritty feeling. The edges were not clean (should vacuum parallel to the wall). Quite honestly, I didn’t want to walk bare footed on it. The sink was clean, but the counter around it was not the best. We are not complainers, but thought you should know so somebody else won’t give you a hard time.
