The air conditioner was really noise. The worst for me, was that I was not allowed to turn off, because the control at the wall was broken.
And from the street we can hear the air condition from all the rooms and at the parking garage.
First day the bed sheet had the elastic band damaged. So it did not stay covering the bed. The second day was the same bed sheet. They did not changed. Than I stay knowing that you have to ask to change the bed sheet, every day if you want.
They say you have"Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).
WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge."
When I asked about the resort fee, because there is no pool , nothing, they said is is to cover the Wifi and parking.
There is no other hotel options there, so they can charge you what they want.
And I like booking.com because it comes with the final price. First they charged me more then was in the booking final price. I showed then and they fixed the charged price.

Cost. Xtra cost for bike, can’t ride, waste of money. Paying xtra for wifi, only there to sleep so barely used plus xtra charge is a waste of money. Never been to a hotel that charges for wifi. Think you get a drink at the bar but just a drink at the desk, lost ticket so didn’t get a drink. Xtra charge is not right, don’t offer these items.

Very clean and nice property. The staff here is amazing. They are very professional and accommodating. We are always greeted with a smile and they take every opportunity to extend a helping hand.

Friendly staff. Free parking. Rooms were small, clean and new, like a nice Hampton Inn. Screwed shut windows offered a few of the train tracks and muffled the loud horn.
Negatives:
Misleading advertising. This property is not a lakeside retreat on the shores of Lake Minnetonka. It's a few blocks from the lake across from train track. Photos on website are not of property details. Staff agreed that marketing was misleading.
