We were in our room when a housekeeper entered without knocking. This made us very uncomfortable. Also there was no security hasp on the door. I talked to the person at the front desk but nothing was done.

Parking lot lighting very poor ..entrance sign hidden in trees not illuminated. .parking lot too small for number of guests security lockout doors didn't work resulting people blocking them open .. not good for a hotel that has no night staff.... isn't that illegal ???

The tub was dirty when we got there, there was no towels, The staff was rude and disrespectful and most of them didn’t even know what they were doing. My truck was stolen out of their parking lot and they couldn’t even see the people on their camera system. They did nothing about it to help.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed...

Not Much! First of all it was way overpriced! $216 per night! The only reason I grabbed it was because I needed to be in the location & others were full & $75-100 cheaper per night! Shoddy, weedy grounds! The assistant in the AM walked past a mess of cereal on the table & floor without so much as a glance! She certainly gave the appearance of arrogance & not wanting to be there!
