besides the one hotel staff...

We enjoyed the area for the free continental breakfast.
Negatives:
We did not get the room I had booked on line through booking.com. very disappointed. We needed the pull out sofa bed. Luckily I had an adult size cot in my car that I dragged in. The manager notified me the next morning and totally followed through taking care of the problem. I was impressed with the follow through, thanks to the check in clerk. It seems that kind of item gets forgotten about.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby and atrium areas were very nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Our room, in general, was clean and spacious. The food and service at Rudy's was excellent!
Negatives:
The walls and carpeting in the halls are a bit shabby snd in need of updating. Walls in room could stand to be washed. Whirlpool tub needed cleaning (no real surprise there...we expect that) but the tub surround was pretty grimey as well.

Excellent staff, especially night counter and morning counter. They worked together to solve my scheduling problem.
I slept great every night. The beds were so comfy.
Negatives:
Window pane fell off the rails when I tried to open them to get some outside air.
The sink faucet was loose and shifted every time I used the faucet.
Like every hotel/motel chain the free breakfasts are abysmal with horrid eggs and lots of carbs but no veggies and few fruits. Coffee was god.
