Cleanliness of room, awful carpet with stains and dirt, counters peeling. Hairdryer didn't work, coming off wall. Stained mattress covers on both beds.

The location was convenient enough for what we needed and the front desk staff was pleasant.

Sells like an ashtray. The windows were wide open at 38 deg at 1030pm to try to air it out. Furnishings were worn to the point of being trash. No lamps worked. Remote was broken. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The toilet was dirty, visible ring.

Every time I went out of the room the keys did not work when I returned. The desk clerk admitted that the keys were bad. If they know it why don't they fix it! There was no phone in the room. Not everyone uses cell phones. The bed was horrible!

Every time we left out side the room we had to go get the cards to get in our room redone . Which care out to be my card 5 time and my boyfriends 3 times . That's 8 times over night

The location and the price. It was disgustingly dirty, huge stains on the sheets, the refrigerator was disgusting, we ended up leaving at 5am not even making it one full night. I really want a refund and a free tetanus shot!!

Staff would not help disabled get to room! Moved 3 different rooms and still the last room had missing kitchen drawer! Bell cart broken,, counters peeling,missing drawer handles, second room had counter all cut in behind cook top, bedding looks slept

I did not like the room was dirty. I found toenails clipping aside of the chair and I did not clip my toenails. The linen was so dirty looks like it have not be washed ever. The towels has an odor even when you ask for clean towels. The mattress had stains like it have not been changed forever. There was a pipe that bursted and they had to come in my room. I found out by walking my room with the door cracked open. They did not email or send a message to inform you they had to go in your room. They plus charged me an extra 6.00 saying I had left over balance. Then when I incurred about it the staff told me it was only 6.00, but it is my money I would like my 6.00 back.

Dead centipede in the shower, the smell of old cooking throughout the property and room, flying bugs in the sink, shower, and room, and no toilet paper installed in the bathroom.
