Positives:
Cheap hotel, the term you get what you pay for is very true. I was up here for work and needed a place to sleep for a few nights. This place was perfect for that. Walmart and kwik trip are within walking distance for a quick bite.

This is just unique to my room. But I was right next to the stairwell, and you can hear people coming and going all night.

Very roomy, beds comfortable. Great price for the accommodation. It is a grab and go breakfast which was fine for us but if you are looking for a full eggs bacon and sit down this is not for you as a free breakfast

We got two queen suites. One room had an old weird smell. The other had a different smell but still odd. Bring your favorite air freshener (spray) and all is good.

Building is older ans needs a make over. Parking lot is congested with minmal handicap parking spaces.

The breakfast was lacking. There was coffee and boxed snacks and oatmeal. I would not call this a breakfast.
Negatives:
The building was run down and need of cleaning and painting. The room I stayed in was beat up. The microwave was stained and looked burnt; the fridge ha broken drawers walls were needing painting from a previous repair; the bathroom door did not latch close; the bathroom sink under storage was cracked and has a spare part to something unknown. There were folks consistently hanging out in the hallways. When I asked for additional towels and pillows I was told that is not something they do.
