Refrigerator and kitchen area was clean.

Bathroom door knob came off in my hand. Hall window open all the time (heard noise from highway in my room). Someone did this so they could smoke in the building. The odor was constant. Bed mattress was poor quality.

If I have a reservation a week in advamce, i shouldnt have to worry if you have a room for me. If you openly state you knew there wasnt an available room, i shouldnt have to find out at 130 AM epecially when you had both my email AND Phone #

The hallway smelled like dog poop and I told them and they did nouthin about it the elevator smells like wet dog animals should not be allowed in hotels it brings down the value and makes the whole floor smell like dog just nasty

The elevator and the landings got dirty, they were cleaned at times but there were many people in and out of the facility.

The woman that helped me out at the front desk was extremely kind and understanding. She did what she could to help me out with the issue that we ran into.

The furniture in the lobby did not look like it was well taken care of and the facility smelled like it was a marijuana smoke house.
