The whole place smelled and looked terrible. The staff was very unprofessional and unhelpful. They charged us twice for the price of one room and it took them a whole month to refund our money. The whole place looks like a nightmare. There was a naked person peeing in the parking lot at night. The manager of the site hit a customers car in the parking lot with her car. The cops had to be called out. Terrible experience.

Bathroom door knob came off in my hand. Hall window open all the time (heard noise from highway in my room). Someone did this so they could smoke in the building. The odor was constant. Bed mattress was poor quality.

If I have a reservation a week in advamce, i shouldnt have to worry if you have a room for me. If you openly state you knew there wasnt an available room, i shouldnt have to find out at 130 AM epecially when you had both my email AND Phone #

The hallway smelled like dog poop and I told them and they did nouthin about it the elevator smells like wet dog animals should not be allowed in hotels it brings down the value and makes the whole floor smell like dog just nasty
