Positives: Everything was exceptional!! The staff is amazing and they are always there to satisfy anyones needs. They also all have the most patience Ive ever met! Although the hot tub was closed that is not there fault so it was a minor thing from an incredible experience! Breakfast is what you expect for a small hotel. Just a couple of pick up foods but still tasted great!!! The rooms were nice and big and clean! The beds were soooo comfortable!!! I would come back and stay time and time again! Dont even get me started on Tina Marie (front desk receptionist). She was incredible!! She did everything to make my stay the best of the best. We had a couple issues when checkin in and we were checking in late due to a late flight and she had all the patience and never gave up on trying to help me. After an hour and a half she finally figured everything out and was an absolute saint. Everyday after that we saw her and she just always had a smile and always willing to go out of her way to make sure our stay was amazing!!! I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel!

Positives: The front desk staff were very courteous and helpful. The room was clean, and the fitness center had plenty of clean hand towels available for use.
Negatives: I had purposely booked this location for the pool and breakfast that was listed on the website. Upon arrival, I inquired what the pool hours were. The staff informed us that the pool was closed. It was around 9-10 pm, so I thought for the night and asked him when it opened in the morning. That was when I was informed that the pool was closed indefinitely due to the Health Department having closed it down until further notice. Then the next morning, the breakfast was below what I would expect from this hotel chain. Very little variety and unappetizing at best. It wasn't a horrible stay, but well below what you would expect from a Hampton Inn. The Best Western in Edina is a better stay by far and doesn't cost as much. I just feel that certain major amenities that are advertised on the website are not available, someone has a responsibility to post it rather than just letting guests be disappointed at check-in when it's too late to make a different choice. I travel 2-6 times a month from Fergus Falls, MN to Saint Paul, MN for work, so stay at hotels quite often at my own expense. I'm a bit wary of trusting the information on your website now, and won't be booking Hampton Inn again.

Positives: The snow
Negatives: No Microwave In the room Front desk staff was never at the desk after hours Coffee had grinds in it 1 microwave in the lobby area Breakfast presentation was not appealing My room was entered when I left, despite dnd on the door I asked for a 330am wake up call for my 6 am flight. I am still awaiting that wake up call. No wake-up call so my husband went to the front desk to see if the attendant could call us when the Uber pulled up & no one was there. I missed my Uber which cost me an extra $45 to the airport. No one was able to suggest any places to visit in the city they live!! Not a mention of the mall of America, Paisley Park, Vikings training camp location, Whalburgers, Pinz, Burrow(I think) I mean NOTHING!! Just a lot of I dont knows.. Our key didnt work on the side door.. I am very disappointed with Hampton experience my first time seeing snow & visiting Minnesota.
