The lady at check in was sweet. She called before we made it and took payment info and charged a portion to my card. When we checked in she then took the rest of what i assumed was the balance owed on the room. When we checked out the lady asked to charge card again for remaining balance. I was confused due to the fact that we were under the impression that we paid in full during check in. She proceeded to give me managers name and number and told me to call the next day. (Other guests experienced the same issue) I called the next morning and spoke to I assume who was the general manager. She basically dismissed everything I said and kept informing me of balance. I did not appreciate her tone nor attitude when the issue is on their end.

Everything was great, from the check in, breakfast, staff, amenities. The pool and Jacuzzi was amazing, also very relaxing! Very clean and comfortable! Would definitely stay again!!!

We loved how close the hotel is to the beach. The view from our room was beautiful. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast staff was amazing too!

Positives:
The guests were polite and not loud. The Pool/hot tub area was not busy at all so we enjoyed it. Breakfast was pretty good (offering omelet, fruits, yogurt & a sweet corner). Location was good for someone not looking to be in the middle of the casino/downtown area.

I did not like that I could hear the traffic from the road.
