When entering the building, the desk area smelled somewhat fresh.
Negatives:
The hallways, elevator & rooms were stale & smokey smelling. The bed linens looked previously slept on. The bathtub was filthy. The towels & wash cloths were not cleaned well. They were hard, scratchy & stained. There were no complimentary bath products except for a soap dispenser on the wall that didn't work. There was no water in the vending machine. We walked next door to MOTEL 6 & bought water. The lady at front desk was rude.

our room was not ready when we arrived and we were told it wouldn't be ready for at least an hour. the tub was not clean. the bathroom door wouldn't close completely. the toilet was not anchored to the floor properly. two pillows did not have pillow cases. there were cigarette burns on one of the bedspreads. and the "breakfast" was pathetic and they ended breakfast 30 minutes early. it was not worth the $172 that we paid. we will not use this hotel again.

It was dirty. Parking lot wasn’t clean. There was dust and dirt on the ac unit and on the walls of the bathroom. There was a hole near the sink bathroom where the towel hung up. There was hair on my bed between the sheets. The mattress was barely any cushion.
