We booked through booking.com because we trust you to have good sites. We booked two king rooms, one which was handicap. Check-in time was 3:00pm. We arrived at approximately 2:45pm. Only to find our rooms had been given to walk-in persons. I showed the confirmation to the manager but she could not offer any reason why. We settled for 2 other rooms. No handicap available. We felt we had no choice but to stay. The rooms were needing repairs and were very dirty. Not nice and smelled bad.
In the morning I received information from my family and needed to leave early. Went to check out and because we paid cash the manager would not refund the second night. Also the breakfast room was not ready at about 8:00 am. And filthy. You really need to go and check it out. It looks nothing like your pictures do. And I don't like being stolen from, and felt like I was taken advantage of because I was very upset about my father's health.

OMG THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. IT WAS SO NASTY GOOD THING I BROGHT CLEANING SUPPLIES AND LOTS OF DISINFECTANT. THEN ON TOP OF IT BEING NASTY. THE WOMAN AT THE FRONT DESK WAS NOT WHAT YOU WOULD EXPECT TO SEE AT THE FRONT DESK THIS IS WHAT SHE DID. SHE CHECKED ME IN ROOM 204 A ROOM WITH TWO BEDS UNLIKE THE ONE WITH ONE KING BED LIKE I ASKED FOR WHEN I MADE MY RESERVATIONS. SO I HAD TO GO DOWN AND MEET MY HUSBAND SHE SAID WHAT ROOM ARE YOU IN I SAID 204 SHE SAID NO YOU ARE IN 206 I SAID NO IM IN 204 SHE SAID YOU BETTER NOT BE I SAID YOU PUT ME IN THERE SHE SAID NO YOU PAID FOR ONE BED. I SAID I KNOW BUT I JUST THOUGHT YALL WERE FULL AND THAT'S WHY SHE PUT ME IN A ROOM WITH TWO BEDS. I SAID YOU GAVE ME THE KEY TO ROOM 204 SHE SAID NO I DIDN'T I WOULD HAVE HAD TO PROGRAM THE KEY DIFFERENT. I SAID MAMAM YOU GAVE ME THE KEY TO ROOM 204 NOT 206. I SAID ITS WROTE ON THE LITTLE ENVELOPE THAT THE KEYS ARE IN SHE SAID LET ME SEE IT THEN I SAID IT'S IN MY ROOM DO I NEED TO GO GET IT SHE SAID NO BUT I MIGHT HAVE TO CHARGE YOU EXTRA YEAH SO I GOT CHARGED EXTRA TO STAY IN THE ROOM THAT THE DESK CLERK PUT ME IN YEP I GOT CHARGED EXTRA CAN Y'ALL BELIEVE THAT? AND THE ROOM WAS ABSOLUTELY FILTHY I TOOK PICTURES. I WOULD LIKE SOMETHING DONE ABOUT THIS MATTER BEFORE I HAVE TO CONTACT MY ATTORNEY. That I was charged extra for a nasty room really that I was charged anything to stay in that nasty room that was in bad need of repairs. I have pictures to prove what I say.
