Positives:
Big spacious room. Chair was filthy looks like they tried cleaning it but unsuccessful. Bedspread had stains all over. Room smelled like covered up (poorly) smoke.
Air conditioning worked good. Shower and bathroom was very clean. Refrigerator was turned off but we didn’t need it anyway. We did not use the free satellite television or free wifi.
Parking lot was clean and easily accessible from our car.
Overall for the price it was just ok. Smelled terrible. We are both very sensitive to strong odors.
We did not take advantage of the free breakfast either. So we cannot comment on that however the room they serve in was clean when we checked in.

The location is basically the only reason I stayed here.
Negatives:
It’s right next to the highway, so the unsealed doors let in ALL the road noise. The housekeeping made my bed every morning but did not once change the lines as the same cigarette burn was on my sheets for the entire week.
