Well the air conditioning didn't work at all. The door lock was broke off the door. I didn't get to stay all night had to go home so I'm sure they would have gave me another room .

Only decaf coffee for breakfast. Host said it all tastes the same but his wife said we don't drink coffee so don't really know! All communal areas were very scruffy and dirty, including the lobby toilet.

easy to get to and not far from where we had an appointment. not many guests so it was guiet.

Breakfast was not good, coffee was like brown water, no diet sugar and just powder creamer. bread and things looked old. hairdryer was broken, floors not very clean. My daughter says there were bedbugs so we went and got spray. AC needs to be worked on not very cold
