Negatives: The motel never received the "reservation" packet from Booking.com. This required me to pay, again, for the room. I now have to get with Booking.com for a full refund. This is unfortunate, in that I spent days prior working with Booking.com for the room ... which did not happen.

Positives: Absolutely nothing!!!
Negatives: They cancelled the reservation stating they weren't accepting 3rd party reservations even if the reservation was made weeks in advance. Assuming that no one knows how 3rd party reservations work and that they are fully capable of turning off 3rd party reservations beforehand. They simply overbooked and started cancelling reservations. And they didn't even try to assist with finding other possible accommodations. Leaving potential guests without a place to stay no matter how far they've traveled.

Positives: The receptionist at the front desk she try to check more on one time to make sure it is the reservation over there like she talk to her manager
Negatives: I lost my reservations. I dont have the right rooms when I checked with you and the ad on your website showing its a breakfast with it and theres no breakfast no swimming pool and garbage everywhere and their equipment is so old and not working
