Room was dirty, dead bugs in several places, bedspread had cigarette burn, loud party outside room at covered pool late night until my daughter yelled at them in early morning hours, breakfast was cold biscuits and sausage with some cereal. Very disappointed. Check in staff was friendly but checkout staff was not! We’ve stayed at many of this chain’s facilities and this was the worst.

The furniture and whole look of the lobby was nice.
Negatives:
The beds were not at all comfortable and when you do try to get comfortable, the beds get loud. The bathtub was nasty and sounded like it was cracking under your feet. The toilet had paint peeling. The bathroom was super heavy and hard to close. One of the lamps in my room didn’t work. The bathroom is SUPER small. There was a crack in the sink. I definitely feel like I paid too much for 2 nights in that place.

Not clean holes in bathrooms wall .torn curtains. Bed was not made up right.room stinks...when I arrived the first room they give me was not clean that day the next room was a mess .housekeeper was rude .just walk in without knocking are announcing
