From previous stay I knew to prepay for the breakfast. The menu could be improved by adding bananas & other yogurt flavors. Plain yogurt is all that is offered. Not all but some of the staff in the breakfast area have been timid & appear afraid to offer much hospitality.

It was a decent stay...
Positives:
We were told the person cooking breakfast was not there so we had to leave and get breakfast.
Negatives:
There were signs in the elevators about come have a drink with use but there was not drinks at the bar. And I just looked at my bank statement that I was charged $10 for only returning 1 key when that was all we received from the lady at the front. We will stay again. Hilton is supposed to be better than this.
