It was a decent stay...
Positives:
We were told the person cooking breakfast was not there so we had to leave and get breakfast.
Negatives:
There were signs in the elevators about come have a drink with use but there was not drinks at the bar. And I just looked at my bank statement that I was charged $10 for only returning 1 key when that was all we received from the lady at the front. We will stay again. Hilton is supposed to be better than this.

Breakfast was not available at all during our stay. We were a little hesitant because they charged for breakfast, but we couldn’t pay for breakfast because it wasn’t available.

Positives:
Location great, room great, comfortable beds and great climate control system.
Negatives:
First day breakfast they were out of potatoes (no big deal). But second day they not only still had no potatoes, but they were out of all breakfast meats (although I was at breakfast soon after they opened) and someone had gone to the store to get them. They could have done this at any time the prior day. Also, even though I told them that breakfast was included in my room rate and signed an authorization only for the tip, their final bill included the full amount of the breakfast and I had to call to get this corrected.

Resturant was horrible. Service, food timeliness. Attempted to eat there twice. First time, they were unable to serve us because they were so behind in this second time.They have my water room.They could not do basic cooking and the food was horrible. We were told that the gentleman cooking did not have experience and had only been there a couple days. And I think that is unacceptable.
