The hotel staff when I checked in was inept, unprofessional and rude. I arrived at 3pm and the hotel staff didnt know how to properly check guest in. The room was not properly cleaned. Dirty/stained carpet, filthy microwave etc. Bring cleaningsupplie

The room, ants, appearance, not clean, no refrigerator, no clean towels, no electricity, lied about having a suite rooms and they dont have suite rooms in the hotel.

The hotel smelled like mildew.the room smelled like mildew. The pillow had mold on it. I did not stay at the hotel my entire stay. I left 30 minutes into my stay there because of the smell giving me a headache

Positives:
The desk clerk admitted that she was new, but she was very polite and tried to accommodate us.
Negatives:
There wasn't much to like. We thought the hotel was closed because the parking lot was empty and the facility was in some disrepair. Once inside, the desk clerk appeared after we waited almost 10 minutes and confirmed that the hotel is renovating. There was also equipment in the lobby. From there to our room there were fixtures out of place. There was bed linen outside of several other rooms, but the desk clerk was the only person we saw or heard on duty. The hotel seemed deserted. We decided not to stay.

Hotel nightmare
Positives:
Didn't have breakfast because we never stayed there. When we got there, no one was at the front desk. We called the hotel and the phone rang repeatedly, no one answered. I searched the first floor calling out "is anyone here?" It was Halloween and I thought they were playing a trick on us! Finally one of he housekeeping staff walked out and I told her we had a reservation but couldn't find anyone on the premises. She called the manager supposedly. Meantime I called Booking.com and told them of our dilemma. The "so called manager" claimed they had cancelled our reservation because our credit card had been declined and they had no contact information to reach us. Booking.com said the reservation was available for them with all he contact information. I was on the phone with Ivan at Booking.com at the same time when talking to the manager. We were supposed to pay when we checked in so how could they have ran our card when we couldn't find anyone to check us in? I had just used that same credit card earlier in the day, it was fine. Ivan at Booking.com sent me another reservation with Days Inn in Greenville and that turned out to be a blessing. After hanging up the phone with Ivan, I tried to leave by the front door and someone had locked me in! Talking about a scary Halloween, I finally found a door that I could exit the building and I ran for my life! There were no cars in the parking lot, only one with a flat tire. We drove out of there as fast as we could, this was the hotel from Hell.

Booking.com should take this hotel off their site immediately before someone else goes thru this horrible experience. We've used this website for years and this is our first horrible experience.

This hotel has rooms with no microwave ovens, no refrigerators, no phones, and poor working air conditioners.

The coldness of the refrigerator and air conditioner

The elevator didn't work, the rim of the refrigerator had mildew,I had house keeping to clean it,the shower head was dirty, no microwave,ceiling leaking, smelled like marijuana
