Not the cleanest, not very up to date

The location from the interstate and to necessity shopping was great.
Negatives:
The room was not as clean as I would have preferred. The overnight temperatures were in the mid 40s and the heater did not work. The breakfast downstairs consisted of 2 types of cereal, apples and cold biscuits.
Positives:
The hot water was great and the water pressure was good. The sheets and towels were clean; I'm sure they are cleaned and delivered from a 3rd party cleaning company. The AC/heat unit worked great.
Negatives:
This hotel was absurdly unclean with rust, dust, and other nasties everywhere. I went to the store and bought cleaning supplies. Do not stay here. There was an unsafe feeling like real sketchy stuff goes on there. The owner is rude and not friendly.

Tv needs replacing, freezer in fridge Iced over, bathroom body wash EMPTY, lamps rusty, so called BREAKFAST was RIDICULOUS, NO ICE IN ICE MACHINE TILL CHECK OUT.

Negatives:
Rusty water. Large gap between exterior door and the frame, enough that I used a wash cloth to cover it. Lamp bases were very rusty. Overall the hotel made us uncomfortable and we didnt feel safe. 2 homeless people were outside our door hanging out at.
