Hi, I came to check-in and the person double charge my credit card. Try to do it a third time, but they declined it, so he said it was declined. I called the bank with them on the speaker and let him hear what they said. He said asked me to just go to a bank and get money after he had already charged my card twice. I was so upset because it was my family reunion, and I had to end up staying at a different location.

Only 2 towels, lamp shades dirty with stains, garbage dumpster near our room smelled bad. Homeless camp up the hill with people hanging out in the woods, electric sockets had no covers so shock hazard. Price was high for the value.
