The service was horrible. We had to request trash to be emptied, towels were taken away but not replaced. Has to call for service multiple times a day. We were told to come down for things. Ridiculous. Lied to by management as well.

Breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and polite, and helpful. And we love the location.

Third time in this same room 123. This time, there were roaches on the dresser, the refrigerator wasn't completely clean, and too much noise from upstairs. Spynd like they were about to come through the ceiling. And this was happen late night as well.

We accidentally booked a smoking room. Didnt know they still had smoking rooms. The entire floor smelled like an ashtray while only a few rooms were smoking.

Wasn't impressed by the breakfast. The selection was poor and not to our liking. Due to this we only had breakfast at the hotel once.
Negatives:
selection of cereal should be wider. Pillows were terrible (Lumps of foam) Note: Our upstairs room was right next to the washing machine and dryer and we thought we were having an earthquake when the washing machine was going! This was not acceptable as this happened at 11.30pm when we were trying to sleep. We complained to reception the next morning and told them there should be a cut off time when the washing machine can't be used but where told to just ring reception if it happens again and they will check it out? Not good enough!
