The staff was not friendly and the manager was rude. We booked a room for one night on the 30th and vacated on the 31st morning. As soon as we got a room, the shower was not working. I had to explain a lot about it to the manager, as she was rude. She asked me to vacate the room when I expressed my discomfort with the issue. Then, she allotted another room. The newly allotted room wash basin was full of water, and all taps' water was rusty. The Hampton charges are high and I am not sure why?

We didn't have a good experience at all. 1. The shower was not working. 2. The rooms had a stinking smell. 3. The wash basin was full of water and I didn't expect the empty room to have a lot of issues. 4. The manager was rude and asked me to put all my experience in the review instead of responding politely. I never recommend this hotel to anyone. 5. Finally, they charged $186.86 instead of 136.86. I already called Hampton Inn customer care and shared these details with them and they escalated the issue and the case number is:223164175.

The air conditioner was extremely loud and kept me awake. No shades on the wall lamp. Just bulbs. No cream and sugar with the coffeemaker. Loud noise coming out of the bathroom vent. One of the elevators had an issue with the button area and it was a little scary. No carts available checking in and out. Breakfast was nothing like the pictures. Room was very small. Not what I am used to from a Hampton.
