Positives: Front desk manager took ownership of a situation which I appreciated,versus making excuses.

Negatives: Checked in - ghost land - no one there. Unloaded car,went back in, no one at the desk. Clerk arrived in workout wear- he was the one out smoking. Given a room that was occupied or left dirty. Rtd to front deck - ghost land again- waited 7 min.
