The front desk clerk, Jazz,...

Not muc....Room was dirty, trash on floor, rusty vents and toilet paper holder, black mold in tub, tub stained, pug behind bed coming loose, peeling paint over tub, we had to call front desk to have tub plunged..water wouldn't go down, storage building on lot right next door had homeless people sleeping in them, pool green with algae and weeds..hard to find

The staff was rude. Canceled my reservation even after I specified that my check in was between 11pm and 12 am. Tried to run my credit card before I got to the hotel when I specified pay at the property. The tried to lecture me about his procedure and it didn't matter what I checked on the website. All my towels were stained.

Nothing every thing was nasty the shower curtain was stained we needed to get new sheets and blankets in the morning we saw the housekeeper just fix the bed.

Didn't like the cockroach that crawled up my mother's arm out of the toilet paper roll first thing. Saw a dead roach outside the bathroom. Pulled sheets back, they were filthy. Trash piled behind the door like it was swept and not picked up. Got a different room, no problem. Didn't like that someone banged on our door between midnight and daylight. They were calling out for someone....wrong room. Used condoms all over side parking lot behind 1 of the 3 buildings owned by hotel. Will not stay at another.
