The front desk clerk was not friendly at all. She did not engage in conversation or offer details about the stay. She just asked for the name and the card.
The card hold of $100 seems a lot. Should maybe look at reducing the amount especially since the note on the counter says it may be several days before the hold is released.

First room keys I received didn’t work. No body wash or shampoo in the room. Broken shower drain cover. Holes in the bathroom door. The wall piece the tv was attached to was disgusting. The tv remote didn’t work. I will never stay at a sleep in again.

Right off the highway. Nice room size.
Negatives:
The toilet was loose.
The water pressure was weak and the water was not hot enough.
Unfortunately, there was a large group of sports players. Football All-stars? The woman checking us in was very distracted, watching them in the lobby (many hanging around) and watching the cameras. You could feel the tension. We were woken up by loud shouted racial remarks coming from the room beside us. Bad attitudes and manners. We left around 5:30 am, and thankfully no one was awake yet.

It was close to everything we needed or wanted.

There is no maid service for 2 of our 3 days. The day they did come, they did not make the bed or refresh the coffee. They just changed the garbage and left. Mirror was missing out of the bathroom, pictures missing off walls in the main room, and the shower had no pressure what so ever.

Had a reservation to this hotel, upon arrival the staff couldn't find the reservation and couldn't make any accommodations. At this point I was really tired, had been driving for a bit.

The room was clean. The staff was great! The Wifi worked well. The bed was comfortable. The coffee at breakfast was good.
Negatives:
The toilet seat did not fit the toilet. The shower head was too high. The shower curtain was too short and water got all over the floor, particularly near the toilet. There was television guide on the TV, we just had to keep flipping channels just to see what was on. The breakfast was so-so.

The beds was itchy I couldn’t plug my game in for my son to watch micky mouse because y’all don’t have the kids channel at your guys hotel if we can’t hook our game up can you guys at least provide a kids channel for kids so they can watch their television while the parents and get some rest because of that we wasn’t well rested and everyone was itching I believe you guys didn’t wash your sheets before we came but none the less thank you for the opportunity hope we may consider you guys in the future.
