We booked this hotel at the last minute and it exceeded our expectations. The room was great and the breakfast was fantastic. Patsy, who worked with the breakfast service, was delightful!

Property was super clean and very convenient to food places and where we had to be in Memphis. Room was very comfortable too and the staff was friendly and relatable. Definitely would book again.
Negatives:
The only gripe I have is that it was a bit noisy and parking was sparse, but a high school sports team was in town during our stay, so it wasnt too much of an issueespecially since it was a short stay.

I feel companies like yours should offer to clean the rooms daily. For those that do not want it- fine. But offer the option- at no extra charge. A hotel like yours that charges higher prices should offer this type of service. I was very surprised to learn that a 5-day stay is required for daily cleaning. This will enter my future consideration for lodging with you in the future.
