Negatives: Hallways were very dirty. It looked like the carpet had not been swept for weeks. Even the tile flooring in lobby was dirty. 2nd floor carpet from elevator all the way to our doorstep was filthy.

Positives: The hotel was very clean and the location was perfect! It is conveniently located near everything. We were there for a baseball tournament and it was only 10 minutes from the fields also. We loved our stay here.
Negatives: The only complaint we have is that our room was not clean when we arrived at 6 p.m. to check in and the housekeeping was already gone for the day. It took us 45 minutes to check in and ended up being switched to a 2 double bed room vs the 2 queen bed room we had booked for the same price. The only explanation we got was that there were only 2 housekeepers for the whole hotel and they didn't have time to clean all the rooms.
