The key system did not work. Staff had to walk with me so they could let me in the room! I paid extra to have a small dod and could not make trips to load and unload my car. Incredibly inconvenient.

The shower door in room 423, please fix it. The door wouldn't slide to a close causing the bathroom floor to be dangerously wet and slippery.

the lady that works in the breakfast area is very rude. She does not smile and if you ask anything, she acts like you are disturbing her. SHe is very short with words. She has been there the last 2 weekends that we have been there. All of the other staff
