the lady that works in the breakfast area is very rude. She does not smile and if you ask anything, she acts like you are disturbing her. SHe is very short with words. She has been there the last 2 weekends that we have been there. All of the other staff

Friendly staff. Beds were comfortable, but sheets wouldnt stay on the mattress. Overall a decent hotel.
Negatives:
Some rust around the shower. Some shower tiles were badly cracked. Bathroom floor did not seem clean. TV - the remote was hard to figure out. Ice machine didnt work. Breakfast was a 5/10. Not horrible, but not great.

The bed was so comfortable and I enjoyed how relaxed the environment was.
Positives:
Decor was nice, the rooms were big and had a full kitchen. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Good water pressure and I liked the good-quality shampoo and conditioner in the showers.
Negatives:
Breakfast was almost inedible. Staff was clearly just tolerating the visitors, but they were at least professional. Rooms had stained furniture and scratched walls, but were not obviously dirty.

location and pet friendly, as we were traveling with two dogs

I get a call from front desk that the dogs were barking inside our hotel room. I assured them that the dogs were in kennels and we had given the dogs anxiety medications before leaving the pets to attend a local concert. We left concert early as hotel staff called us to say there were additional complaints. We left the concert as the main performer started the first song. We arrived and parked to closest entry to get inside, we did not hear the dogs barking, but did hear a large group of people hanging out in front of hotel, sitting, swinging, etc. The closer we got to hour room, there were several loud voices, tv/movie and people talking, laughing, and having a good time.
