Positives:
Breakfast was delicious. Breakfast was on real not paper plates with real not plastic silverware. Biscuits and gravy with grits felt like breakfast at home. The two food attendants were very friendly and helpful with a special request. The front desk person remembered me from previous visits and was very welcoming.
Negatives:
There was a shortage (absence of) luggage carts. We had been on the road for 14 days and had lots of luggage. We had to make several trips to get all the luggage up to our third floor room. I know they cant make people bring the carts back. We found one by the third floor elevator when we checked out so we didnt have to make several trips when we were ready to leave. Just our good luck.

The location was great with many options for food and shopping. It was close to the venue where my son was visiting laying basketball for a weekend tournament. It was clean and welcoming when we drove up. The entryway and lobby were both well lit and clean. The breakfast was awesome! We got downstairs 30 minutes before the end of breakfast and the chef still had hit fresh biscuits coming out. The food was delicious!
Negatives:
The door to my room was hard to open and close, but that was a minor issue.

Overall comfortable and good location.
Negatives:
The receptionist that didnt know anything. I am pretty sure this young employee was new but her knowledge was so limited. She couldnt tell us if flatware was in the room or if that was a restaurant across the street ( it was really dark when we arrived) and she charged my relatives room on my card.
