The location was fine . I didn't eat breakfast.

I had one room and the odor smelled very foul and it smelled like mildew. The housekeeper tried to cover it up by putting dryer sheets on the air vents. It made it worse. So she gave me another room. It was missing a lot of kitchen utensils. Which was needed.

The location was good and the breakfast was great. Best continental breakfast I’ve had in a while. Also, the size of the room was great. You can’t find a two bedroom hotel room often.

The room was very outdated and had a bad odor. I had to request air freshener from three desk. But that didn’t help.

For this to be a residence inn the rooms were tiny, it felt like I was going in and out of closets the entire time … the bathroom was super small and the door wouldn’t stay closed. We couldn’t get clean towels until the middle of the night because of a “staff issue” and the hall way of the 3rd floor smelled like poop every night! Smh

They cancelled my reservation 2 hours before I arrived due to reconstruction issues. No alternative place offered. There was no phone number given to call. Marriott said it was a local issue. I had been sent an early check in email at 9am and then the cancelation at 3pm.

Poor management and it was clear they didn't care about customers.
