The concierge, Tonika, was excellent, efficient and friendly. We found our room comfortable and clean as were the facilities in general. The breakfast was also quite satisfying. I don’t normally complete these surveys but my husband and I were very happy with our stay and I wanted to express our satisfaction. We travel quite often and will in the future will try to stay at your hotels. I hope they are all at this standard!
