Negatives: Beds were old and sank in the middle. We called early the day of check in and asked about a room on the 1st floor and the lady said I’m blocking you a room on the 1st floor now. When we arrive at 3:00 p.m. that day , we are assigned a room on the 2nd floor. Also, our bed was not made up after the second night. It looked like someone had just pulled the covers up, not tucked in or nothing. Also the pillows were just stacked up on the head of the bad

Negatives: What I didn’t like was the outlandish prices and the facts my payment is STILL pending. So I have no even received back my deposits for incidentals which I was told I was being charged.

Negatives: I checked in due to the main sewer line in my home busting and backing up into my home. I came with my 3 year old daughter who was scared to death because at 11 pm our toilet exploded into the bathroom in the room she sleeps in and scared her so bad she cried her little heart out. I decided to get a room for the night although the price was a bit high for the amount of time I needed to stay, I just wanted her to feel comfortable. When we arrived it took a while to get booked in due to a gentleman that worked that night appearing to be new maybe. I requested a lake view room in which he provided a room in the 200 range that would satisfy that request. He wasn't able to determine how to book us in on our reservation because it was through booking so the manager came up and booked us in but wasn't told about the room overlooking the lake so we got a room in the far back corner of the hotel. That was fine. Like I said, it would have been a plus, but I just wanted my daughter to be comfortable. After getting into our room and settled in, we discovered the dishwasher was backed up with water that appeared to have been there for quite some time and the toilet ran all night long. My daughter kept staring at the bathroom terrified that it was going to do the same thing she had just witnessed at home, which was the main reason for leaving. Breakfast was good. The room was comfortable and extremely clean and cozy but spending nearly $200 to escape an issue at home only to find the stagnant water backed up in our room was very disappointing. Negatives: Coffee wasn’t very good

Negatives: we were charged for the breakfast which was supposed to be free.

Negatives: Very expensive for a mid hotel. Smelled funny when we arrived.

Negatives: Stains in elevator, ice machine is broken, cheap food for the price paid to stay nightly. Signs of wear and tear in the room. Needs to be freshened up.

Negatives: When checking I. I was asked to pay an additional charge which was equal to the prepaid cost of my room. I confirmed with the desk clerk that she could see I had prepaid for the room which she said it did show I had it just wasnt the full rate.
