Upon arrival lobby was literally full of guests that wanted refunds because the rooms were in horrible condition. When I finally made it to the desk, I was told that they were no longer accepting reservations. Ruined New Year's Eve plans.

The deluxe king room smelled, linen dirty, no breakfast, cold coffee, key didn't work. Poor service. This was the worst room ever. All visitors were discussing the rooms and service. I will never use this hotel again. I will not recommend this hotel. It needs to be shut down. Towels are not white. The tub was ridiculously.

It took a long time to get checked in first of all. Then my family and I went to eat and while out we received an emergency call to come home,2 hours away,so we never stayed in the room, which wasn't clean. The front desk personnel wouldn't even partially refund us even though the room was not touched and we paid cash for both rooms. I'm pretty sure they kept the money and recharged for the room. Very disappointing to do people that way.

We didn't like nothing about the hotel the staff was rude they switched rooms three times on me because the key card wouldn't work I never did get a key card that worked I had to get them to let me in the room every time I left and came back there was no breakfast any of the mornings that I was there I had to ask for towels every time I took a shower

The only good thing about the whole place was it was in a good location close to the casino close to the store that's about it

Made reservations a week in advance still came room that was filthy condoms, cigarettes, beer bottles everywhere bed not made old dirt appliances. Bathroom filthy. I went to 4 different rooms all were dirty even the one I finally slept a few minutes after 11 pm and still got charged a full day. I'm actually traumatized by this the worst hotel experience ofy life I'm 43 America's worst hotel
