Location near Memphis (about 1/2 mile south of TN/MS state line) off I-55. About 15 minutes from Memphis airport. Price good compared to Memphis, but was quiet and seemed safe enough. Breakfast was Spartan; but there was toast, fruit, yogurt, sausage patties, biscuits, but coffee maker wasnt working.

Motel located in inattractive industrial area (but safe and not noisy). Seemed a bit worn, but not shabby. Breakfast was lacklustre; there was toast, fruit, yogurt, sausage patties, biscuits, but coffee maker wasnt working.

Fine for a one-night stay near Memphis City and airport.

The location was good for visiting Graceland (our main purpose for staying there). The room was a good size.
Negatives:
The front desk person wasn't that friendly and the staff at breakfast seemed to be non-existent. The breakfast was pretty mediocre and there was nobody around to check we were ok with everything.
