Positives:
The breakfast was pretty good. The room was very clean. Overall pretty descent. The manager did let us stay in the pool after I talked to them about getting kicked out by the pool cleaners.
Negatives:
They tried to charge me more for having 3 kids. A 1 year old, 4 year old, and 7 year old. And we brought a bed for the baby. Also the pool cleaners tried to kick us out of the pool. Why not do the cleaning, chlorine before or after pool hours. Beds were uncomfortable, could feel springs poking us. The hallways had trash leading up to our room. The website showed they are 3-star hotel, I would give them a 2-star rating.

We enjoy our stay with Hilton typically.
Negatives:
The staff were unhelpful, computers were diwn our entire stay. The clerk couldn’t tell if we had purchased breakfast with our room. I didnt recall even seeing that as an option. We would have purchased breakfast if that were the case but the clerk said the computer was still down and she couldn’t even tell. Then told us the breakfast fee started at $10. With the attitude and issues we just decided to get breakfast somewhere else.
Disappointed for sure.
