The entire staff, front desk, housekeeping, service breakfast were all very friendly and accommodating - entering and leaving the hotel we were always greeted with a good morning, good evening and hope you have a nice day, or when returning hope your day was good.
Negatives:
Carpeting in the room needs to be replaced - shower tub and sink did not drain, standing water. Bathroom floor was very sticky - there is Not enough space in the bathroom to hang towels to dry, there is only one hook on the back of the door a few hooks to hang towels would eliminate need to use towels only once.

Location is excellent, only minutes...
Negatives:
The air conditioning did not work in our room it barely blew air period. Called the front desk to ask for a fan or if they could do something and was told the maintenance man was gone for the day and all rooms were booked so they couldn’t move us and couldn’t offer us a fan. My family was in town for baseball tournaments. We sat in the heat all day and wanted to come back to a cool room and maybe sleep cool. It was a miserable 2 nights sleep for me and my family. Staff was friendly but couldn’t offer me any type of solution or even a discount on the room. Other ppl who paid the same amount as us had VERY COLD rooms I almost brought the mattresses into the hallway cause it was cooler in the hall.
