The lady at the front desk was excellent. She went out of her way to help us.

Both indoors that led outside were left unlock during the day.
First night on second floor in our room we saw 2 cockroaches. We killed them.

This is a 1 star motel. It is dirty, and you can see where maintenance is needed all over the place. The pool and hot tub are out of order. Even with a confirmation number you may not actually have a room, as their policy is to overbook. Stay elsewhere!

The hotel is physically dirty and in dire need of a deep cleaning. There is also quite a big chance that they'll accept your reservation, but not actually have a room available when you arrive and tell you "too bad...stay somewhere else."

Got to the hotel only to find the hotel had no rooms available even though we made a reservation, had to go to another hotel at 8pm after traveling for 10 hours and payover 240 for a room only one left in town

There were enough towels, wash cloths and a bath mat this time.
Negatives:
The long length mirror fell off of the wall during the middle of the night, making a loud crashing sound. I made a report at the front desk and also took photos on my phone's camera of the fallen mirror.
