Positives: The location was great. The rooms were clean.
Negatives: My family was there for a wedding weekend, partipating in the wedding party. We arrived on Friday and departed Sunday. At no time during our stay did we have hot water. I notified the front desk and was told that 'it happens when they are full.' I'm not sure how full they were because there was plenty of parking in the lot. We saw others staying there who also stated they had attempted to shower at different times of day/night and had no hot water and had complained to the front desk. We called Hilton directly (Hilton Reward Members) and was given a case number, but have yet to hear anything back. My family will not stay there again.

Negatives: There was food in the refrigerator left from previous and we got locked out of our room for 2 hours!! The lock on the door was wet from the a/c sweating cause the air was out in the hall. I have tried to contact u for a refund and NO ONE WOUND CALL ME BACK!! So youre not much better !b
