I booked a double queen room weeks in advance. When I arrived they had no double queens available and instead put us in a “king suite” which was one king bed and then a pullout couch with the thinnest mattress I have ever seen. Then they did not give us any sheets, blankets, or pillows for the pullout. The tv was also completely broken.

The staff took good care of us checking in, and the room was nice. We were able to park just outside one of the hall end doors, so we had easy access to the vehicle. The breakfast vas nicely stocked. We loved the oatmeal bar with the add-ins, the add-ins for the waffles were cool too. The omelet was the only thing that was disappointing in taste. Everything else was delicious.
Negatives:
Upon checkin the computer system was logged out and it took more than 15 minutes just to get them going. So check in too a long time. But there were hot baked cookies and water offered to us which helped to pass the time.

No WIfi ! In this day, I have everywhere I have stayed had Wifi, The front desk young lady and the Manager tried to put the app and Wifi on my phone. They had just gone to Wifi with a password which was your last name and room number. He finally got it and told me they were informed that it quit working for some other customers. I made it as far as my room and had no Wifi. I tried several times and nothing. I was very unhappy. I have stayed at this hotel before and it was a stay very pleasant stay and was the main reason I stayed again. Hope you get the Wifi working.

The rooms were large and quiet. Beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
The shower has shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash hanging, but they were all empty. We only had one towel a piece and didn't realize it until we took a shower. Coffee in the lobby was bitter.

Continental breakfast was good and dining area was clean.

Negatives:
Guest with dogs in the hallway. The pool was filthy, water was not clean greasy film all over the water. I seen dog hair at bottom of the pool. No way for that price should dogs be allowed in the hotel and especially in the pool. The tv channel would not work no matter what channel you turned to.

Towels and linens are rough and scratchy, no fabric softener used at all. Curtains don't close, you get the street light or sun shining directly in your eyes in bed. Breakfast was meh.. I ate elsewhere on the 2nd day. The fire alarm was tripped twice during my stay (early morning and again at midnight) waking me up abruptly both times. TV signal went out for several hours, so no TV at all.
