Positives: I appreciate the morning staff while checking out. She was the best at explaining how payments are processed and allayed any overcharge fears.

Negatives: The night front staff was very unprofessional and was quick to accuse instead of rectifying concerns we brought to her attention. The unprofessionalism forced us to cancel our initial confirmed dates to just 1 day!
