The place is a dump! Guy behind the glass window barely spoke english and didn’t seem interested in anything but us paying for the room. My buddies room didn’t even have a fridge.
Negatives:
Raze the building to the ground and build a new facility. Extremely old furniture, beds and plumbing. Shower leaked out of the wall. Just way below standards. Place is full of transients.

There were holes (a lot of them) in the comforter, bleach stains and other stains on the sheets, there was a hole in the light switch by the door, the floor was dirty, the door did not seem very secure, there was a small bar of soap but no other toiletries, the deck boards leading to the room on the second floor were raised & warped (causing me to trip), I wish there was a trash can by the dog bag dispenser (which was empty), the shower never got hot (the sink got very hot though).

We checked into the hotel in the morning. The attendant who greeted us at the reception spoke very rudely to me and my family. He was not kind at all.
Booking.com dan, we made the reservation and paid for it. Pay paid for a room we rented on their system, and forced us to pay again. In the following days, we constantly went to the reception to solve the problem, and the employees do not know about each other. They all talk very rudely. They never took care of us to solve our problem
