Positives: Love how they discriminate against disabled people
Negatives: NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE!!! Husband and I reserved a wheelchair accessible room from this place weeks in advance. When we arrived, they said the accessible room was down a flight of stairs (no elevator), and the only other one they had was out of order.

Negatives: Its awful the pool and hot tub was closed and nasty the WiFi doesnt work the vending machines gave out the wrong drinks and expired ones at that and the tvs didnt work the room was nasty and when I asked for a refund and Im still waiting on it

Negatives: The room was dirty, stains on the ceiling and walls. The toilet wasn't cleaned still had alot of paper in the bowl. No elevator Staff didn't seem to care or not that I was there.

Positives: Easy in, easy out, clean.
Negatives: The exhaust fan could wake the dead. The bathroom door latch was installed backwards, push to open, turn the knob to close, door lock locked person inside, just weird. New floor laminate not glued down, weird to walk on.

Negatives: Overall old and dingy. Had a very old recliner in the room, tiny bathroom was not clean. Carpets were ripped up. No elevator. Pillows were completely lumpy. I left right after checking in. Would never stay there.

Positives: Location. Nice, helpful staff. Mattress was comfortable.
Negatives: First room was flooded, possibly A/C issue. Second room: sheets had mold, strands of hair & cigarette burn holes. Floor hadnt been swept. Towels were gray, old, rough. Windows wouldnt lock. Hotel should be torn down. Owners should be embarrassed.
