Everything was awful. The lady at the front desk was friendly but thats about it..

We came mainly for the pool, it was closed. Our room was dirty. It didnt look like they swept the floor or wiped down surfaces. There was dog food on the floor in the bathroom and we didnt have a dog. One of the windows was cracked. Black mold in A/C

Pool was closed, WI-FI wasnt working, washer and dryer were out of order, rooms were dirty. Almost all of the surfaces in the room were sticky. They were renovating and pulling up the carpets in the hallways. It was just gross all around.

Very obvious that Monday mornings are not for the lady at the front desk.
Negatives:
Main areas of hotel were hot and dirty. Rooms were not cleaned well (dirt/ debris on surfaces and floor- obviously didnt wipe surfaces or sweep/ mop) Bed didnt even look made properly, made me wonder oft hey bothered changing the sheets.
