The staff was so rude. My booking was an accidental double booking due to the wifi outage and a reload of the page. Booking.com reached out to the hotel multiple times to cancel it and the hotel refused to cancel the technical error and refund my money. I reached out to them in plenty of time wayyyy before and they refused. I rarely leave bad feedback, but I would never stay here again or recommend a place who does business this way.
The room was sub par. The bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom dirty.

How close it was to Silver Dollar City. The front desk employee, I believe her name was Kim. She was so nice and tried her best to get our money back from the manager.
Negatives:
The room was dirty. Hair all over the bed like it was just remade and not changed. It was disgusting! The floors didn't look like they had cleaned them from the previous guests, same with the bathroom. We asked for a refund so we could go to another hotel but said we couldn't because we booked our stay through booking.com. so we had to settle for changing rooms, which was a little better but just a little. Book.com I would take this hotel off your website. I this was just Saturday night, and we will be filling out a complaint with your site!
