Did not get the room that my booking.com app confirmation said that I booked and the hotel said that room wasn't available, the room didn't have a microwave or the jacuzzi tub that my confirmation showed, the hotel said they don't even have jacuzzi tubs so someone needs to update their app, I felt like the room they gave us was small and cramped feeling for the price

I like that it was close to the place of business. And it was easy to find. The room was nice and big. It fits my needs in that aspect.

The door was not sealed properly. I could see outside. And it was very hard to get to for someone who is handicapped.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, the rooms were clean, spacious, and so comfortable! Breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel! I felt very welcome and at home during my stay.
