Days Inn by Wyndham Branson Near Theatre District

Negatives: Staff were unfriendly, the room smelled of cat urine, the bed is old and hard as well as the pillows, the floors are ripped up, the ceilings are cracking and falling down, the walkways are full of trash or boards covering up holes, the fridge doesnt work, the TV barely works, never any staff in the office. Here it is checkout time and were told we will be there in 20 minutes to give you your 20 dollar key deposit.

Negatives: Everything!!!

Negatives: The staff doesn't like to answer her phone. I literally pulled up and watched her pulloff and I'm sure she knew I had made reservations. I waited about an hour and something on site hoping she would return. However I ended up leaving for about another hour and something myself. I came back and still had to keep calling knowing she was back because I could see her car parked outside. She finally answers after about five mins and said I gotta hold on while she check for availability smh. She than told me to come in. We did everything and I thought it would turn out ok. Nope she fail to mention it was no refrigerator inside the room. Their was no toilet roll or soap. None of those normal things that would be inside a room. I went outside and proceeded to call her back in order to try and straighten things out or to get my money back but she refused to answer her phone. I called and ring the bell at the door over and over and over and over again but she refused to answer. She wouldn't even return my phone calls or text. Not even this morning she didn't call back or anything. I took pictures of everything. Also the sink wasn't properly cleaned. Had the look of someone previously brushing their teeth and no one cleaned it afterwards. Oh yeah I can see one of the next questions. Smh about the free WiFi. I was never given the WiFi password and no it was not located inside this room.

Negatives: Extended hours on facilities.

Negatives: No grass for pets

Negatives: The noise and people all hours of the night knocking on doors looking for someone. The yelling it was like an apt or drug house . Just crazy traffic in and out of the rooms all night long .

Negatives: Dirt in the jets of the Jacuzzi

Negatives: the minute we pulled up to walk in there was a K9 unit pulling through the parking lot the minute we went to leave there was a sheriff pull into the parking lot. There was no towels in the room no coffee pot the AC is not on it was very hot in there. The pillow had a stain on it and there wasn't even a coffee pot

Negatives: The room had a musty smell probably a result of the AC unit leaking condensate water on the carpet, and overall the room and facilities as a whole had a very run down look and feel. I had scheduled a 3 night stay, but in the end only required 2 nights. I had asked if they could possibly refund the last night and the answer was, "I don't know. I'll talk to the owner and they'll get back to you." After several attempts to contact and at least get an answer, I gave up. Booking didn't help much either. It was always the same answer, "Someone will get back to you tomorrow." We all know tomorrow never arrives, so I eventually gave up - they won the war of attrition. I am very disappointed in the whole experience and I am a pretty easy going person and typically don't complain too much. I'll spend a little more money next time and get a room that is at least inhabitable. As for Booking, I'll use someone else next time, too.

Negatives: Dirty room. No vending machines.

Negatives: I based all my answers on "for the money". I didn't like that we couldn't get ahold a person the whole time we were there .
