Positives: Location
Negatives: The room wasn’t what it said in description. It was supposed to have a sleeper sofa. The room was dated and dirty. Carpet stained and frayed. Grout was dirty and it was crumbling in the shower. Everything was covered in dust. The windows were dirty, the chair was broken, the curtain on the balcony door was broken. The lights flickered nonstop. It was not worth the price we paid at all. I wish I had taken more pictures. We were just trying to make the best of it.

Positives: It was comfortable and right in the heart of Branson. The staff was great and respectful, always checking on us.
Negatives: It was loud being right therr on the Landing. Also thought it was hard to get to other Hilton to eat, especially with a wheelchair. The issue with being shocked everytime we left out room to get to the elevator and back. My wheelchair must of created static electricity, but the bellman that helped us with our luggage said the carts create the same shocks. And these are strong stocks to where you see the lightening between the object you touch and your finger.

Positives: Conveniently located near shopping and Main Street.
Negatives: I am writing to bring to your attention certain shortcomings in the housekeeping services provided during my recent stay at your esteemed hotel. Despite observing a housekeeping cart in the neighboring room, I regret to inform you that I was unable to obtain a replenishment of towels for my bathroom, as well as shampoo and body wash, which had been depleted in the shower. Additionally, the bed linens did not meet the high standards expected of a Hilton establishment, resulting in discomfort during my stay. Furthermore, there was no extra blanket or pillows provided in the room. I also encountered several electrical issues during my stay. The desk light and ceiling light above the bar sink were both non-functional. Additionally, the carpeting was beginning to bunch up, particularly from one end to the balcony door. Lastly, the air conditioning unit in the room emitted a disturbing noise while in operation. Lastly, I would like to bring to your attention the inconvenience caused by the lack of ice machines in the South Tower. During the night, I had to venture outside to the North Tower to obtain ice. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to address these issues and ensure that future guests have a more satisfactory experience at your hotel. I understand you have two Hilton hotels across from each. The larger I assume has all the luxury that Hilton is known for and the other has no quick access for breakfast or snack. Maybe the Promenade should be marketed as a different Hilton product. This one is lacking a lot that I expect from Hilton. Christmas in Paris will be at the Pullman, not the Paris Hilton which I have stayed at in the past.

Negatives: We had a noise issue / our room was located by this holiday tree that played music till 10:30 pm and it was LOUD / room overlooked an Irish bar and the music shakes the windows until 2:25 am / had the tv volume on 70 and still would not drown out the music / bad location for either a hotel room or the bar / not a good mix lol/ manager was lovely though at your property site / she was understanding / professional and listened to our concerns / great manager . This was Saturday night stay November 16 / 2024 ! Anyone booking this room should be made aware of the SEVERE noise problem / thanks so much for your time
