Positives:
The hotel overall was very nice and clean and well stocked in our three-bedroom suite. Breakfast was fair. Was disappointed that there was a pool but no hot tub.
Negatives:
One bedroom had no television and one bedroom the television did not work. Also, we had to wait till the evening of second night stay to get a stopper in our bathtub. Tiara at the front desk was very rude, hanging up on me when we called to see why the maintenance man had not been in on the second day (after requesting it the first day). Christy, on the other hand, tried to make up for Tiara's rudeness and tried to be helpful. We could have rented three individual rooms, with televisions and working bathtubs, in each room for the same price as the three-bedroom suite (room 350)

Beds and sheets were very uncomfortable! The smell of cleaning chemicals were strong and bothered a couple of us. When I spoke to an employee about the sheets being course, he made fun of me for the sheets not being high thread Egyptian cotton w another customer behind me & when checking out the clerk told me that’s how all beds were but offered no discount or sincere concern of my complaint.
My niece has stage 4 breast cancer & is going thru treatment, we would not make a complaint if it wasn’t valid. We haven’t stayed at ur chain before and will not be going forward. We stayed due to the ratings were so good. We will be posting our ratings reviews later unless you are willing to make this right.

My child became ill and threw up on the carpet in the room. I contacted staff and they said housekeeping would clean it up tomorrow. I said, it's puke it needs cleaned up now. I asked for absorbants and disinfectants. I was told they dont have any. I came down to the front desk and a younger guy with dyed blonde hair told me he had only been working there 9 months and said I should check the janitors closet. He unlocked the closet and took me inside and there were no supplies. I asked to move rooms. He said ok, but then called manager for approval and the manager, her name is Dee, said no I Couldn't move rooms. She went on to say, she can't pull something out off her butt for me, and that I can clean the pukevwith paper towels or leave. I did both. I cleaned the puke up with paper towels. I became ill myself, and the next morning we left. Even though we weren't set to check out that day. The lack of cleanliness and professionalism in that hotel are astonishing. I will never stay at a laquinta inn again, and likely never a Wyndham property/hotel. Ending Christmas vacation was literally a better choice than spending 1vmore night in your filthy hateful hotel!

See above this hotel needs a major fire and restaurant, and an overall retrain on cleanliness, emergency/hazardous cleanup, and customer service.
I will tell you from experience I would write up the kid at the desk. He was puppeting everything the manager was saying on the phone. He may be able to be saved. I however, would fire the manager Dee in order to not only send a clear message, but to get your hotel on track. When I spoke to Dee on speakerphone the level of rudness, and unprofessionalism that spewed from her mouth was appalling. She's a boss. She isn't a manager/leader. She will run that hotel even deeper in to the ground.
